Cuvée Eugénie


Grape varieties : 100% Chardonnay, especially 2009.

The nose immediately evokes a beautiful fresh fruit, apples and pears, plums cooked in butter and subtly caramelised. As to buttery, brioche and pastries make their appearances as well as some delicate notes of toasted almonds and toasted bread after several minutes of ventilation. 

In the mouth, it is the charm and elegance that dominate with notes of brioche and buttered. The fruit aromas perceived in the nose are present, while lightness and finesse. The material is silky and leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness in the mouth.
